Hey everyone!! Tammy here with a fun post on a few different ways to scrap a series of photos.
Are you anything like me and take a million pictures of one subject? As much as I’ve tried, I can’t seem to help myself. I’m obsessed with taking more photos than needed or can actually be scrapped at any one time. Even with my compulsion to snap away, I’m normally a one photo, maybe two, kind of scrapper. That is until recently. I’ve definitely been bitten by the Pocket Page bug and I can’t seem to get enough of these types of pages. Which is lucky for me since my best friend had the most beautiful little girl last year, and as you can imagine, Callie has a ton of first year photos.
With that in mind, I set about choosing my topic, photos, and products for this post. Being knee deep in the midst of creating her scrapbook, I decided to share a post about ways to create unique multiple photo pages. These are such a great way to whittle down all those series photos waiting to be scrapped.
Once I had the theme of the photos determined, I knew I wanted each layout page of the series to stand on its own, yet blend seamlessly and carry the same “look.” To achieve this, I combined two beautiful kits by DSI, giving me the exact look I was going for.
Now that the main ingredients are ready to go, I went about selecting three different styles of templates, which aides not only with my time constraint but also with giving each page its own distinct look.
For the first page I used DSI’s Miscellaneous Template 1:
For the second page I used one of DSI’s Layout Your Day Templates:
For the third page I used one of DSI’s Everyday Moments Templates Vol.3:
Voilà! Callie’s Cake Smash photos are done and scrapped within three fun, individual styles.
Thanks so much for joining me again this week! I look forward to seeing all of your scrap pages using a series of photos in DSI’s gallery!
