Hello, Erin here to share with you what I have been working on recently. I am very excited to share that both of my sisters have had babies in the last few months, and I have been having a great time scrapping with all their precious pictures. Neither of my sisters are scrappers, but they love looking through the books I have made for my family. So I offered to help make baby books for their new additions.
Now, since I will be helping with two books at the same time, in addition to my own family documentation, I decided to keep things simple. I really struggled to finish my own children’s baby book and I don’t want this to become a chore. In preparation I made a series of 6×8 pocket templates and plan to spotlight the photos as much as possible, keeping the pages simple and to the point.
This week’s release SWEET DREAMS has been perfect for working on this new long term project.
Here are two pages I made for my little nephew.
And another I made for my new little niece.
I am so excited to be an auntie again, can you tell?
And I have to say, if you have a baby book to make, consider using pocket pages, it really does make the process quick an easy while giving you a gorgeous finished product.
