Hey All! Guest CT member Melissa Marti here with a post on one of my favorite topics: Using Templates! Raise of hands: How many of you start nearly EVERY layout with a template? They’re so easy, right?! And beautifully laid-out and versatile and I enjoy selecting templates that aren’t typical of my regular “style” to give myself an extra challenge from time to time. I especially love when my made-from-a-template layouts don’t end up LOOKING like they were made from a template.
Hey There, Erin here this week with a fun take on a Pocket Page! I always get a little chuckle when I hear people say they don’t like Pocket Pages because they “aren’t versatile”. I mean, I get it, pocket pages often have a somewhat similar look, but really, they are only as limited as you are in how versatile they can be.
Hello, Leah here! Let’s talk about templates today. I know many scrappers who use templates. Some claim templates are their best friend while others still do not know how to use them. A few, I might say, are even afraid of them.
Hello, LoriJ here! I love to scrap, just as I am sure you all do as well. I love all the new kits each week and always want to play with them right away. But one thing I find sometimes is that the wonderful themed or specialty kits often come out before the holiday. For example, this weekend the Sweet Shoppe is full of beautiful and fun St. Patrick’s Day themed kits, but St. Patrick’s Day isn’t until next week and seriously, who can wait a full week without opening and scrapping with a brand new kit!
